1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The appliance is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • The product is in the same condition as it was delivered (unused beyond initial testing, without external damage caused by the customer).

Used appliances are sold as-is, but we thoroughly test and clean each item before sale. Still, if something goes wrong right after delivery, we’re here to make it right.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns will not be accepted if:

  • The issue was not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product was damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or electrical issues at the customer’s premises.
  • The appliance was sold under a “Final Sale” or “No Return” offer (which will be clearly mentioned at the time of sale).

3. Refunds

If a return is approved after inspection:

  • You will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment, or through cash/bank transfer (as agreed upon at the time of purchase).

We may also offer a replacement item or exchange if preferred and available.

4. Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange if:

  • The original item had a major fault or defect.
  • You contact us within the allowed return period.
  • The alternative product you need is in stock and of similar value (price differences may apply).
