We currently deliver to:

- Nearby areas in the UAE (subject to availability and agreement)
For deliveries outside of Dubai, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and possible charges.
2. Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed, we usually deliver your appliance within:
- Same day or next day delivery in most areas of Dubai
- Up to 2–3 business days for nearby regions, depending on location and availability
We will coordinate with you to set a convenient delivery time and confirm everything by phone or WhatsApp.
3. Delivery Charges
We offer:
- Free delivery on most orders within Dubai (depending on location and product size)
- For long-distance deliveries or urgent same-day requests, small delivery fees may apply, which will be communicated clearly at the time of order
No hidden fees. We believe in honest pricing and complete transparency.
4. Delivery Process
Our delivery team will:
- Safely transport the appliance to your home or location
- Deliver it to your doorstep or as close as possible, depending on building access
- Allow you to test the appliance on the spot (if required)
For heavy appliances like washing machines or fridges, we recommend you prepare the space and electrical/water connections in advance for a smoother setup.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- No one available to receive the product
- Inaccessible location or delays on customer’s end
We may reschedule the delivery, but additional charges might apply. Please make sure to double-check your contact and location details when placing your order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and handling all products. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Send us a photo/video via WhatsApp or email
- We will take immediate action to replace, exchange, or resolve the issue
